| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，在对现有文献查阅的基础上发现中国体育场地设施的建设主要是围绕着城市进行，城乡存在着一定的差距，农村体育场地设施的建设还远远的没有达到国家的相关要求，“农村体育弱”已经成为一个不争的事实，而体育场地设施的匮乏严重的制约了广大农村民众参与体育活动的积极性。着重从哲学的基本问题：唯物主义物质与意识的角度去探讨加快农村体育场地设施建设的必要性和紧迫性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, literature and logical analysis has been used and based on the existing literature, the authors find that the construction of sports facilities in China are mainly around the cities, however, the construction process of sports facilities in rural areas is relatively slow and is far from our country＇ s relevant requirement. There is a certain gap between urban and rural areas. ＂Rural sports weakness＂ has become an indisputable fact, and the lack of sports facilities seriously restricted the majority of rural people to participate in sports activities in the initiative. This paper focuses on the basic question of philosophy： to explore the necessity and urgency of speeding up the construction of sports facilities in rural areas in the view of matter and consciousness of materialism. |
