| 摘 要： | 通过对成都市中小学心理健康教育现状调研发现:地区发展水平差距过大,缺乏心理健康教育意识,专业师资队伍缺口大,目标德育化、辅导形式单一等问题。针对这些问题进行分析,提出了一系列措施:完善专业教师内培外引制度、重视心理健康知识的普及、建立完善的心理测量和筛查体系以及心理咨询及跟踪评价体系、普及和完善网络咨询模式、建立家校协作的心理健康教育模式,以形成心理健康教育可持续发展有效机制。

| Abstract: | The research on the current status of psychological health education in elementary and secondary schools in Chengdu suggests the following issues： huge differences in development from region to region,insufficient awareness of psychological health education,huge shortage of professional teaching faculty,the turning of psychological health education to moral education as well as monotonous ways to coach students. The following suggestions are proposed in order to establish the sustainable development scheme for psychological health education in such schools： improving the institution to train teachers from their own schools and recruit new teachers,paying special attention the popularization of psychological health knowledge,establishing a perfect scheme of psychological measurement and screening along with the scheme of psychological consultation and tracking assessment,popularizing and perfecting consultation on the internet and establishing the home- school cooperative model of psychological health education. |
