| 摘 要： | 目前高校德育工作有效性被弱化,主要是德育的理想主义和泛政治化,学校德育内容、方法及其价值取向普遍滞后,德育知行不一,高校德育工作者素质偏低、队伍不稳等历史和现实因素造成的。要改变这种状况,须在德育工作中重塑价值取向,加强和渗透人文教育,转变德育模式,变封闭式为开放式、变单渠道为多渠道,尊重受教育者的主体地位,优化德育环境。
