| 摘 要： | 结合我国法制建设现状和职业体育俱乐部发展的实际，阐述了我国职业体育俱乐部经营管理中所处的法制环境，并对职业体育俱乐部自身的法律问题、俱乐部与运动员的法律关系以及建立中外合资经营职业体育俱乐部所涉及的法律问题进行了详细的分析，以期有利于促进我国职业体育俱乐部的建设与发展。

| Abstract: | This article, connected with the present situation of Legal system construction and professional sports club, expounded the legal system environment of professional sports club in China, and analysed the law question that relates with the professional sports club and the law relation that relates with players and law questions that the establishment China and foreign countries jointly owned occupation sports clubs involve etc. The author hopes these can improve construction and the development of professional sports club in China. |
