| 摘 要： | 权力制衡对民主管理必不可少,它是高校形成优良学风的重要基础.然而,在当前高校中,权力的失衡成为催生治教不严的重要因素,进而造成学风不良.因此,要想净化高校学风,一个先决条件是均衡配置权力,使各种权力之间相互制衡,以实现有效管理.
