| 摘 要： | 学校心理教育主要是通过活动课程的方式进行的，它可分为三种形态：心理训练式、心理指导式和心理自助式，每一种形态都有其特定的内涵，文中系统探究了三类活动方式并就心理教育活动课程阐明作者的观点。
