| 摘 要： | 道德教育不仅能够美化学生的心灵,而且还能够产生经济效益,道德人力资本就是能产生经济价值的价值.职业技术教育不能只重视职业和技术培训,还要通过进行人文素质教育,特别是道德教育,培养学生具有良好的道德人力资本,将来成为和谐发展的道德高尚的职业人.

| Abstract: | Moral education not only can beautify the student's soul but also can produce the economic benefits . The ethical manpower capital is the value that can produce economic worth . The vocational and technical education can' t only pay attention to the job and technical training , will pass humane quality - oriented education , especially moral education, train students to have good ethical manpower capital and become the professional people with noble morals of harmonious development in the future. |
