| 摘 要： | 通过对中国博士后发展“九五”、“十五”和“十一五”三个规划的解读,比较三个“五年”发展规划不同时期中国博士后发展的相似点和不同点,提出中国博士后发展未来政策必须予以重点关注的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the Ninth Five-year Plan,the Tenth Five-year Plan and the Eleventh Five-year Plan of the development of China's post-doctoral system.Then,the paper compares the similarities and differences of the three plans in different periods.Finally,the authors propose that attention should be attached to the potential policies on China's post-doctoral system. |
