| 摘 要： | 中国是一个农业大国，农业、农村和农民问题，是一个关系我国革命、建设和改革全局的根本性问题。邓小平在领导我国改革开放的进程中，对农业在我国国民经济中的地位、作用，对农村、农业发展的方向、动力等重大问题都作出了精辟而深刻的论述，这对于当前深化农村经济体制改革、转变农业经济增长方式、调动广大农民的积极性、全面推动我国农业和农村跨世纪的发展，具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | China is a large agricultural country. "Three-Agriculture" questions, that is agriculture, rural areas and farmers, is an overall fundamental issues between China's revolution, construction and reform. In the process of reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping has made a brilliant and profound exposition on questions like agriculture's status and role in China's national economy, the rural areas and agricultural development in the direction, power and other major issues. It is of important guiding significance for the current deepening of the rural economic system reform, changes in the agricultural mode of economic growth, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the broad masses of farmers, promote the cross-century China's agriculture and rural development. |
