以教育理念为基础的教学改革反思与实践

摘    要:教育理念作为对教育的价值判断和对教育的基本看法,一方面体现办学思路,一方面指导教学课堂实践,通过教育策划最终表现为一环扣一环的教学活动。作者从社会学观点对目前中学教育中以师本模式的教与学矛盾冲突进行了分析,就本校推进教学改革实践中的一些问题及解决问题的成功方法进行了剖析。同时,对存在的问题及教育理念的认识、理解进行反思,提出了教学改革实践中以达成学生的个性化与接受知识之间的和谐化而进行教改的思想。

Abstract:Educational ideas as the value judgment and the basic views on education,on the one hand,the thoughts of managerial aim is reflected,on the one hand,the teaching classroom practice is guided,through educational plan finally shown as a serials of teaching activities.From the viewpoint of sociology,the current teaching and learning model-teacher model,student model and the conflicts are analyzed.Some success experiences and problem solving methods are studied.Meanwhile,to the existing problem and educational ideas of knowledge,understanding is thought.The harmonious thoughts between the students' individuation and the normal teaching activities is presented.
