| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下的职业教育,其性质、内容及其形式正在发生深刻的变化,特别是职业教育关系的部分契约化及表现形式的合同化。职业教育合同开始成为一种独立的新类型合同。对于职业教育合同的深入、系统研究,有助于通过立法进一步完善职业教育制度,从而推动市场经济条件下的职业教育健康有序的发展。 |

| Abstract: | Great changes have taken place in technical education both at the nature,the content and the form under the condition of market economy.One of the remarkable things is that parts of this education and its form have been contracted.Thus technical education contract becomes a brand new and independent style.A thorough and systematic study of this education contract,through laws-making,will be helpful to the improvement of technical education system so that this education could come into a sound and stable development under the push of market economy. |
