| 摘 要： | 非正规就业在现实经济中已经大量存在,在缓解就业压力方面发挥了较大作用.本文首先对非正规就业的定义作了界定,接着阐明了非正规就业发展的作用和意义,并从制度方面论证了非正规就业存在的制度原因;然后分析了我国当前非正规就业发展中存在的问题,并提出了促进非正规就业健康发展的对策建议;最后得出了非正规就业存在的不可避免性.

| Abstract: | Informal employment exists in a large amount in realistic economy, it has played a relatively big role in alleviating the pressure on employment.This text has defined the definition of informal employment at first,then pointed out the function and meaning of informal employment and the reason of institution.Thirdly,the paper analyses the question existing in our country's present informal department development and proposed the countermeasure and suggestion of promoting the informal department develop.Finally,it concludes the informal employments existing unavoidable. |
