| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法，对农村留守儿童体育锻炼与社会自我效能感的关系进行研究。结果表明：农村中小学生在社会自我效能感上存在年级和性别差异；社会自我效能感在不同体育锻炼方式间存在差异性；社会自我效能感与体育锻炼频度、时间和强度间均存在相关性，其中与体育锻炼频度、强度关系较大，与锻炼时间关系较小。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review , questionnaire and mathematical statistics , this paper makes analysis on rural left -behind children physical exercise and social self -efficacy .The result shows that rural primary and middle school students in grade and gender differences on social self -efficacy; social self -efficacy difference exists between the different ways of physical exercises; social self -efficacy and exercise frequency, time and strength of both correlation, the relationship between exercise frequency , intensity is larger, and exercise less time relationship . |
