| Abstract: | Modern Open and Distance Education has been implemented for a decade.From the research and statistical analysis of relevant data 2000 to 2008 IMRTVU Open Education enrollment.Thoughts on the strategies and methods of the scientific development and sustainable development,Stressed that the continued enrollment of students in the achievement of stable development is the issue of common concern in RTVU system. |
