| 摘 要： | 班主任工作是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分，高校班主任工作关系到校园的安全稳定与和谐发展，关系到高校教育目标能否实现。高校班主任要全面深入了解大学生的情况、尊重和关怀学生的成长、支持和信任学生开展工作，在做学生思想工作中要讲究工作方式方法，适应大学生的思想特点，促进学生健康成长和班级工作的顺利开展。

| Abstract: | The class sponsors＇ work is an important component of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which relates to the campus safe stability, harmonious development and the higher education targets being able to come true or not. The class sponsors in colleges and universities are required to possess a series of working methods, such as having a thorough understanding of college students, respecting and showing concerns to the growth of students, trusting and supporting students to get on well with the class sponsors. |
