| 摘 要： | 产业集群问题和人力资源管理问题都是当前我国理论界的研究热点,将两者结合起来进行研究的探索近几年也呈上升趋势。事实上,从集群的发展来看,不仅从产业集群层面上对人力资源管理问题进行探讨很有必要,从群内企业层面上对人力资源管理问题进行探讨也是十分重要的。在对与集群人力资源管理相关的文献简要分析的基础之上,本文所提出的一些较为新颖的视角将有助于集群环境中企业人力资源管理的实践。

| Abstract: | The problem of industrial cluster and the problem of human resources management are both the central issues in the research field in our country, and the quantity of exploration after combining the two issues is also on the increase in recent years. In fact, from the point of the development of cluster, not only the exploration on the problem of human resources management at the level of cluster is necessary, but the exploration on the problem of human resources management at the level of enterprises is very important. After a brief analysis about the relevant literatures on human resources management in cluster, some comparatively new perspectives provided in this thesis will be helpful for the practice of human resources management of enterprises in the background of cluster. |
