| 摘 要： | 高职学生许多心理问题的产生源于人格缺失,优化其人格既是提高学生整体素质的重要方面,也是社会发展对人才的必然要求。通过认知、干预、教学、活动、熏陶五大模块的交互作用可以达到人格优化的目的。
