| 摘 要： | 建设和谐校园社会是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。和谐校园建设应当从构建和谐领导班子出发,以树立以师为本的教育理念,构建和谐的教师竞争关系,强化双主体角色培养,突出家长参与地位和维护校园和谐秩序等为主要途径。

| Abstract: | Building a harmonious campus is an important part of harmonious socialism society.Harmonious campus construction could be complete by the following ways： establishing a harmonious school leading body,setting a teacher-oriented education notion,creating positive competitive atmosphere for teachers,emphasizing the cultivation of double principal part role,highlighting the importance of parents participation and maintaining harmonious school order. |
