| 摘 要： | 以实地考察结果和问卷资料分析为依据，展示了甘肃省农村幼儿教师队伍的基本状况。文章认为，目前甘肃农村幼儿教师的基本状况有以下四个显著特点：教师队伍年轻化趋势明显；职称评定不规范而且尚未普及；工资待遇低，教师流动性大；学历达标率高，专业对口率低。这些特点对幼儿教师专业成长造成了一定影响。

| Abstract: | Based on results of investigating on the spot and analyzing questionnaire data, the paper describes the existing conditions of kindergarteners in rural areas of Gansu Province. There are four distinct characteristics ablut it. Firstly, most of the kindergarteners are young. Secondly, the assessment on the title of the professional post isn't canonical and far from all-pervading. Thirdly, low pay, and because of this the teachers will not stay in a kindergarten for quite a long time. Hourthly, the rate that reaches the asked standard academic degree is quite high, but not the asked specialty prescholl education. These characteristics hindev the professional development of kindergarteners in rural areas to a certain extent. |
