| 摘 要： | 本研究对如何把新疆少数民族文化作为素质教育的重要内容应用于幼儿教育进行了初步的尝试和探索。鉴于新疆具有多民族文化并存的特点，本研究一是根据地区和幼儿园的实际情况选择适宜的民族文化内容；二是根据各民族幼儿所生活的环境创新教育教学方法，注重各民族幼儿的个体差异；三是引导少数民族家长参与到幼儿教育中采，构建具有本土特色的园本课程．研究促进了教师、幼儿及幼儿园的发展。
