| 摘 要： | 资源与环境约束强化条件下,加快经济发展方式的转变是实现经济可持续发展的关键。对山西省经济发展方式转变进行定性和定量分析的结果表明:目前该省经济发展方式转变仍处于初级阶段,转变经济发展方式仍是未来经济发展的中心任务,也是突破自然资源与生态对经济增长约束的关键。经济发展方式转变的前提是战略指导思想的转变;转变的核心是加快政府体制改革和完善市场经济体制;转变的有效途径是发展循环经济。
