| 摘 要： | 预告登记是有关房地产物权变动的一项重要制度,有利于实现房地产交易中各方当事人利益的平衡,有利于我国房地产事业的健康发展。文章在借鉴国外房地产预告登记制度的基础上对预告登记的涵义、适用范围、效力及我国应建立房地产买卖预告登记制度等内容进行了介绍和论述。
