| 摘 要： | 被誉为＂中国博客第一案＂的南京大学副教授陈堂发状告中国博客网站侵犯名誉权一案体现了当前博客发展过程中博客与名誉权的冲突,本文试图通过对案件的分析揭示引起纠纷发生的原因,并提出解决问题的对策,希望对博客的健康发展有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The reputation infringement case between from Professor Chen Tang-fa Nanjing University and the China blog website was called the China’s first case of blog.We can see the conflict between blog and reputation in this case.This paper gives a preliminary analysis on the reasons of disputes and the methods to solve the problem in order to promote the development of blog. |
