| 摘 要： | 西夏地区的饮食文化主要受自然环境、民族构成以及对外交往等三个主要因素的影响。地理环境为西夏人民的饮食提供了物质基础,民族构成是西夏饮食文化形成的主体因素,西夏人民的对外交往则进一步丰富和改善了西夏人民的饮食。
