1-甲基-1-苯乙基过氧化氢衍生物的合成

摘    要:分别以溴苯、对溴甲苯为起始原料,通过格氏反应、亲核取代反应以及氧化反应后得到目标产物1-甲基-1-苯乙基过氧化氢衍生物(4a-4b),通过核磁共振、质谱和元素分析等表征手段对化合物的结构进行了表征,并对目标化合物的合成条件进行了优化。

Abstract:Starting from bromobenzene and parabromotoluene,1-methyl-1-phenylethyl hydroperoxide(4a-4b) were synthesized through grignard,nucleophilic substitution and oxidation reaction,respectively.Their structures were well characterizationed by 1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis,and the synthetic factors were then optimized.
