| 摘 要： | 虚拟社区是指由持续参与的人们相互交流、彼此关怀,以形成网际人际关系网络的基于计算机网络的社会集合体。知识共享是虚拟社区生成的决定因素之一,也是虚拟社区存在的核心价值之所在。参与社区活动的同时即是在进行知识共享。论文从管理技术派、行为理论派和激励理论派三个方面,对虚拟社区知识共享的影响因素研究进行了概述。

| Abstract: | Virtual commtmities are social aggregations that emerge from the net when enough people carry on those public discussions long enough, with sufficient human feeling, to form webs of personal relationships in cyberspace. Knowledge sharing is one of the decisive factors that explain the formation of virtual communities, and the core value of virtual communities. To participate in a virtual community is to share knowledge indeed. This paper summarizes the studies on factors influencing knowledge sharing in virtual communities in aspects of managing technology, theory of action and theory of motivation. |
