摘    要:通过学校培养、企业培养达到卓越工程师的标准。学校培养以强化学生工程实践能力、工程设计能力与工程创新能力为核心,重构课程体系和教学内容,创新教学方法,改革考核评价体系。企业培养需要企业深度参与到培养过程中,需要研究企业培养基地建设、运作、内容及考核等问题。

Abstract:"Excellent engineers" training would be achieved through university training reform and industry training.The focus of university training reform is to strengthen students engineering practice skill,engineering design capability and engineering innovation capability,while to reconstruct curriculum and teaching content,and to innovate in teaching methods,and to reform assessment systems.The industry training is the key to excellent engineers training,which needs to develop,and involve deeply in business process.Some questions about industry training,such as the industry training base,corporate training operations,corporate training items,and industry training assessment,should be thought carefully.
