| 摘 要： | 联合国哥本哈根气候大会后,气候、排放、能源等问题再次成为舆论关注的热点,保护人类共有的家园——地球,进一步成为国际社会的共识。低投入、低消耗、低排放、高效益是所有国家和地区的共同选择。中国作为发展中国家,急需探索出适合中国发展的低碳之路,同时也为促进节能减排发展一种新型经济——低碳经济。

| Abstract: | After UN'Copenhagen climate conference,climate,discharge and energy again became the key point of the media.It is commonly acknowledged that the earth——-the home of all humanbeings should be protcted and every country and area should search for low cost,low consumption,low discharge and high effection.As a developing country,China urgently needs to find a way to suit the country's development and to promote low-carbon economy is the new type od economy in which energy can be saved and discharge can be reduced. |
