| 摘 要： | 本次试验共收集东北地区人血清244份,其中新青100份,珲春55份,庄河21份,东沟68份,采用IFA法,测定了血清中五种虫媒病毒(流行性乙型脑炎、森林脑炎、辛德毕斯、基孔肯尼亚、新疆出血热)IgG抗体,结果,流行性乙型脑炎的阳性率为24.5％,森林脑炎的阳性率为4.9％,新疆出血热的阳性率为7.8％,辛德毕斯的阳性率为1.0％,基孔肯尼亚的阳性率为1.0％,辛德毕斯+基孔肯尼亚的阳性率为1.0％,其中新疆出血热、基孔肯尼亚抗体阳性为东北首次报道,新疆出血热分布于东沟、新青,基孔肯尼哑分布于新青,珲春,辛德毕斯抗体继在新青发现阳性后,又在珲春地区再次检出阳性。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the distribution of Arbovirus in the northeast of China, we tested 244 samples of human sera from four areas: XinQing, HuiChun, Zhuang He and Dong Gou. We used IFA to test the IgG antibodies of five kinds of Arbovirus; JE, RSSE. XHF, CHIK and SIN. The results showed that the rates of IgG positives were 24.5%, 4.9%, 7.8%, 1.0% and 1.0% respectively. Among them, the IgG positives of CHIK and XHF is the first report in the northease of China, which suggests that we can further investigate the epidemic situation of these two kinds of Arbovirus. |
