| 摘 要： | 文章论述了在构建社会主义和谐社会为主题的今天，强调精神文明建设的当下，“以人为本”的图书馆管理模式是图书馆内在的本质要求，也是更好地为读者服务的必然要求。图书馆要牢记“读者第一、服务育人”的宗旨，不断完善管理机制、加强科学管理，为提高高等学校教学质量和科研水平提供强有力的支撑。文章也探讨了如何才能更好以人性化的管理模式管理服务。

| Abstract: | Against the background of the theme of constructing a socialist harmonious society and promoting cultural and ideological progress, people-oriented model of library management is the intrinsic demand of the library and also the inevitable demand to provide readers with better service. The library must keep in mind the principle of ＂Readers first, education by means of good service＂, perfect the mechanism of management constantly, and strengthen scientific management so as to provide a strong support for the improvement of the teaching and research quality of higher institutions. This paper also probes the ways of good service by means of some humanistic mode of management. |
