我国中学体育教师职业倦怠状况及影响因素研究

摘    要:采用教师职业倦怠通用量表(MBI),对我国中学体育教师职业倦怠状况进行调查分析,结果显示,我国中学体育教师职业倦怠整体上并不严重,教师的情感衰竭程度比较高,去个性化现象并不严重、成就感也很高;工作6-10年是中学体育教师职业倦怠表现最严重的阶段;中学体育教师职业倦怠状况在性别、职称、是否重点学校、是否班主任存在差异,但对中学体育教师的职业倦怠不具有显著影响。

Abstract:Based on MBI scale compiled by Maslach,this paper investigates into the job burnout(JB) situation of middle school PE teachers in China.The research results show that on the whole,the JB situation of middle school PE teachers in China is not serious,but teachers’ emotional exhaustion degree is high.Besides,deindividualization phenomenon is not serious,and their sense of achievement is very high;6 to 10 years’ working is the most severe manifestation stage of JB;there exist differences among the JB situation of middle school PE teachers depending on their gender,job title,whether they teach in a key school and whether they are in charge of a class.However,JB is not significantly affected by these factors.
