| 摘 要： | 以溶胶凝胶法室温下合成了HMS分子筛原粉(DDA-HMS),考察了索氏抽提法脱膜过程中的抽提条件对HMS中孔结构及有序度的影响,X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外(FTIR)、扫描电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及失重与差热(TG-DTA)分析表明:不同的抽提溶剂和抽提时间对HMS材料的结构具有不同程度的影响,并首次发现以丙酮抽提DDA合成的HMS具有最稳定的中孔结构和较高的中孔有序度.

| Abstract: | Synthesized by containing template dodecyl amine(DDA) hexagonal mesoporous silica sieve successfully,the influence on the structure of HMS in the course of extracting DDA from DDA-HMS was investigated,and characterized by means of FT-IR,XRD,XPS,HRTEM,etc.,the experimental results revealed that different extraction time and solvents had great effects on it,meanwhile,the most effectively way with acetone for mold unloading DDA from materials was firstly found.And the higher ordered degree and most stability structure of hexagonal mesoporous silica sieve were prepared. |
