| 摘 要： | 优秀运动队是具有中国特色的社会主义体育的重要组成部分，是我国充分利用社会制度，发挥举国优势，创造优异成绩的一个特殊的群体。优秀运动队的建设和管理一直是各级体育行政部门和运动队管理干部关注的话题。作者运用管理学、哲学、行为学、心理学、训练学等方面的一些基本观点，结合多年来管理优秀运动队的经验，从目标、指导思想、科学训练、思想教育、组织管理、科学文化教育和职业教育、行政管理、管理干部队伍建设等8个方面较为系统而全面地阐述了优秀运动队全面建设的若干问题。这一研究对于指导新时期优秀运动队全面建设具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | As an important component of socialist sports with Chinese characteristics, top athletic teams are such special groups, which, taking fully advantage of our superior" all nation" system, can create brilliant achievements. The construction and management of top athletic teams is an important issue all levels of sports administrative services and administrative cadres of athletic teams attach importamce to. Using basic theories in some relative subjects, according to his long term of experience in managing top athletic teams, the author systematically discusses some issues on the construction of top athletic teams in following 8 aspects such as targets, guidelines, scientific training, ideological education, organizational management, knowledge and professional education, administrative management and the construction of administrative cardes. This study will be of some theoretical and realistic singnificance in guiding the construction of top athletic teams in the new era. |
