| 摘 要： | 目前我国网络交易市场环境仍不理想,许多网民漠视电子商务网站在网络市场中的责任主体地位,使构建的网络交易市场责任体系边界不清,弱化了网站的责任意识与作用力。厘清并确认电子商务网站在网络交易中的第三方责任主体资格及其法律地位,明确其具体的责任和内涵,是当前网络交易市场建议的重要内容。

| Abstract: | The current environment of network transaction in China leaves something to be desired.This arises from the ignorance of the liability subject of e-commerce websites in the Internet market,which brings loopholes in the border of network transaction market system and also weakens the sense of duty and influence of e-commerce websites in optimizing network environment.This article verifies and confirms the third-party liability subject of e-commerce websites in network transaction,and specifies their specific responsibilities and implications. |
