| 摘 要： | 后危机时代,我国整体就业形势依然严峻,而女大学生就业难问题更为突出。全面分析女大学生就业现状和就业困难的成因,引导女大学生进行科学合理的职业生涯规划,使之在严酷的职场竞争中知己知彼,明确职业定位,清晰职业目标,实现自我价值,这样才有助于解决女大学生的就业难问题。

| Abstract: | In post-financial crisis era,the general employment in China is very severe,especially for female university and college graduates.The article presents an effective way to solve the employment problems for female university and college graduates.It first analyzes in detail the causes of the present employment problems for female university and college graduates,and then instructs them to make scientific career planning.In this way,they can know both their opponents and themselves,make clear the orientation and goal of their career,and seek the best way to self-development so as to realize their self-worth. |
