| 摘 要： | 工学结合是学校和企业进行合作，共同完成人才培养工作的一种人才培养模式。我国高职物流管理专业教育存在着学科课程体系落后、师资队伍水平较低、经费投入不足等诸多问题。高职物流管理专业可以采用学生进厂式、企业进校式及校企共建实训基地等多种形式开展工学结合。只有政府部门、行业协会、企业和高职院校四方共同努力推进工学结合，才能取得良好的成效。

| Abstract: | The mode of integrating practice and study is a kind of talent cultivation mode,which means that colleges complete the talent cultivation together with corporations. So far, there are some problems in the teaching of Logistics Management in higher vocational colleges in our country, such as that the system of course is demoded, some teachers are unqualified, the outlay is deficient and so on, of which the solutions may be that students enter corporations, corporations go into colleges or colleges build laboratories with the help of corporations. At last, government departments concemed,guilds,corporations and colleges should make progress in the mode of integrating practice and study together. Only in this way, can god efficiency be obtained. |
