| 摘 要： | 相对偏弱的海权制约着中国的石油安全。中国适度地发展有限的海权是完全必要的．也是维护中国国家利益的应有之义。海洋资源被掠夺、海洋权益受侵蚀和祖国统一受阻挠．大大不利于中国；每外利益的扩展，进而严重阻碍了中国的崛起。

| Abstract: | The relatively weak sea right is restricting China's petroleum safety.It is very necessary to moderately develop our sea right,the must to protect national interest of China.Sea resources being robbed and sea right being harmed and national unification being pulled back are not favourable to China abroad interest extension and further prevents China's growing-up. |
