| 摘 要： | 食品是我国居民消费价格指数（CPI）的八大类构成中最重要的组成部分，而食品类的构成细项的主要波动来自大宗农产品价格的变化。因此，分析主要的农产品价格指数变动状况，及其与CPI波动的关系在当下显得尤为重要。我国CPI的构成无论是从构成名称还是构成权重均有所调整变化，根据1994年至2011年的统计数据绘制的价格指数走势图中可以看出，食品价格指数、农产品生产价格指数、农业生产资料价格指数的变化趋势都与CPI指数变化趋势基本吻合。所以，要防止CPI的过快波动，一方面，CPI权重应继续得到及时动态的调整，适当调低CPI中食品类所占权重；另一方面，政府应采取必要措施保护农民的生产积极性及其利益、稳定农产品价格，防止农产品价格大起大落。 |

| Abstract: | The food category is the most significant component out of China CPI＇s eight categories. Within which comprise the food category, major fluctuations come from the change in price of agricultural commodi- ties. Therefore, to analyze the conditions of change in major agricultural product pricing index and its rela- tionship with CPI fluctuations becomes extremely important at present. For China＇s CPI components, adjust- ments and changes were seen in not only their profile but also weightings. Based on the statistical charts from 1994 to 2011, clear trending was seen in the correlated variations of CPI index with food price index, agricultural producer price index as well as price indices of means of agricultural production. Consequently, to prevent rapid movements in CPI, on one hand, the CPI weightings should continue to be adjusted in time with adequately lowered food category weighting; on the other hand, government should adapt essential measures to protect farmers＇ interests and their production product pricings to avoid dramatic movements. enthusiasm, at the same time stabilize agricultural |
