| 摘 要： | 我国目前廉政建设面临着诸多困境,党和政府也强调大力推进惩治和预防腐败的制度机制建设,并相继出台了抑贪反腐的部分举措,但其效果不尽人意。除了制度机制的原因外,缺乏广泛的、行之有效的舆论监督也是原因之一。微博作为民众参与社会民主建设、廉政建设、文化建设、思想建设的大平台的快速发展和迅速普及,可使中国百姓成为抑贪建廉的主体和舆论监督的直接参与者。加拿大某报也形容"中国微博正从单纯的社交工具变身成为舆论监督利器"。微博活力根系推进社会廉政建设已成为社会法制建设的一部分。

| Abstract: | China now is facing various difficulties in building a clean and incorruptible government.Though party and government have been emphasizing on enhancement of building a corruption punishment and preventing system and putting out a series of acts against corruption,the result is not satisfying.The lack of wide,effective democratic supervising public opinion is one of the reasons,besides systemic mechanism.Weibo as a huge platform for citizens to participate in the construction of social democracy,clean government,culture and ideology,has been developed rapidly and spread widely in an amazing speed,which gives Chinese citizens a chance to be main body of anti-corruption,clean government construction and directly take part in public opinion supervision.A newspaper in Canada also described that ＂Weibo in China is turning to be a sharp tool for public opinion supervision from a pure social media＂.The dynamic roots of Weibo in promoting the construction of a clean and incorruptible government have become a part of social law construction. |
