| 摘 要： | 随着外国实力强大的保险公司进入我国保险市场,我国保险企业经营所存在的问题也日益突出。因此,我国保险企业必须针对这些问题,采取切实有效的措施规范公司的组织形式,加快产品创新,拓宽销售渠道,加强风险控制建设,实施人才优先战略并积极吸取先进经验技术,加快与国际接轨。

| Abstract: | With foreign forceful insurance enterprises invading China's insurance market,China's insurance enterprises confront more and more seriou s problems. So China's insurance enterprises have to take effective measures to them. For example,it needs effective measures to make enterprises formation re asonable. It is important to produce innovative products and widen the channels to sell the products,to strengthen the control of risk,to absorb more excellen t talents and to draw the advanced technology and experience. China's enterpris es should obey the rules admitted by the world. |
