基于BSC及模糊评价的企业知识管理绩效评价研究

摘    要:知识管理绩效评价是知识管理的一个重要环节。在总结国内外企业绩效和知识管理绩效评价研究文献的基础上,从知识管理与平衡记分卡的映射关系及因果关系出发,对企业知识管理进行平衡记分卡方法的分析,建立一套较简单但具有实用性的知识管理绩效评价指标体系,采用模糊评价法建立模型并进行实证获得验证,客观评价知识管理的实施效果。

Abstract:As an important part of knowledge management(KM),the KM performance evaluation tries to find out the key factors restraining the enhancement of the enterprises’ performance. This paper firstly analyzes the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method in corporative knowledge management. Then it introduces a simple but applicable performance evaluation model based on the BSC. Finally the paper uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) to evaluate the model effectiveness. Result shows that the model is useful to evaluate the performance of KM in enterprises.
