| 摘 要： | 价格听证制度在新疆起步不久，在具体实施过程中存在一些问题。文章主要针对存在的问题进行分析并结合新疆的特点，为进一步规范新疆地区价格听证，保证价格听证的相对人依法享有听证权利等方面提出可行性的完善建议。

| Abstract: | The price hearing system has just started in Xinjiang, so it must have some problems in the implementing process. The article mainly analyzes the existing problems and proposes some feasible suggestions to further standardize the price hearing system in Xinjiang and to assure that the persons concerned in the price hearing process have the legal right to the hearing. |
