| 摘 要： | 面对江苏省造船行业迅猛发展的态势,船舶行业人才队伍的建设和培养远远跟不上造船及相关产业迅速扩张的步伐,人才队伍建设和培养已经成为制约江苏省船舶行业发展的重要因素。通过分析江苏省船舶行业人才培养的现状,并针对存在的问题,提出了江苏省船舶行业高级管理人才和专门人才培养的建议。
