| Abstract: | The financial management is an important element of the multi-management in universitees and colleges. Therefore, the financial basic work should be standardized and the financial analysis should be welldone; the function of inter-audit should be strengthened and various measures should be tried so as to realize the minimum for education cost and the maximum for producing benfit and to integrate the financial and social benfit. |
