论家庭教育与学校教育协作的误区和模式重构

摘    要:方向性偏差、操作性失当和结构性失衡、职责定位不当及与学校教育没有明确分工是家庭在参与现代儿童教育过程中的几个误区。顺应现代社会发展的客观要求,家庭教育应尽快突破自身误区,与学校教育形成一个既相互配合、又各有职责分工的协调互补的新型协作关系模式。家庭应作为一个独立的教育主体,在配合学校教育的基础上完成独特的教育职能。建构新型协作关系模式,学校要建立“家庭教育事业”新概念,家庭教育责任与范围应定位于培养孩子的良好个性、创造性与技能特长,帮助孩子“补差”与“补缺”。

Abstract:Direction discrepancy,operational incorrectness,structural imbalance,inappropriate responsibility orientation,as well as the failure of assignment distribution in school education,cause some mistakes in the process of family taking a role in the present children educational program.In order to comply with the developing needs of modern society,the family education must break through its mistakes as soon as possible,and form a new type of collaborative relationship pattern with school education,in which,they can work with each other while having different responsibilities.Based on the school education,family should act as an independent educational entity to fulfill its specific educational function.In order to build up the new type of collaborative relationship mode,the school need to establish the new concept of "family education career";the responsibility and scope of family education should be focused on developing children with excellent personality,creativity and special skill,so as to help children overcome their shortcomings.
