| 摘 要： | 文化建设是新农村建设的重要内容.解决农村文化建设与新农村建设不适应的矛盾,需要从进一步提高认识、明确农村文化建设的着眼点和落脚点、统筹规划、加大投入、提高公共文化服务能力、加快农村文化服务人才队伍建设等方面抓好工作,让农村文化建设成为新农村建设的强大精神动力和智力支撑.
