| Abstract: | The article briefly elaborates the significance of constructing and perfecting a long-term efficiency system of maintaining the advance of CPC members in universities and colleges.It discusses thoroughly eight aspects from the theory education,the ideological and political construction of the leading group,the construction of the basic structure of CPC,the administration and supervision of CPC members,the democratic participation in the Party,the contact between CPC mrmbers and the masses as well as the service from the CPC members to the masses,the creation of the advance construction of CPC,and the guarantee and stimulation,etc.to set up and to perfect the long-term efficiency system of maintaining the advance of CPC members in universities and colleges. |
