论媒介人力资源管理中的激励机制——基于需求层次论的视角

摘    要:从亚伯拉罕·马斯洛提出的需求层次论来分析,我国媒介人力资源管理中对员工生存需求、安全归属需求、社会需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求等方面的激励机制存在不同程度的不足之处。媒介人力资源管理中的激励机制在内容上必须包括物质激励和精神激励两大部分。与此同时,还应该开辟晋升激励、情感激励、环境激励等多元化激励途径。
