| 摘 要： | 分析和探讨了21世纪初我国城市社区体育管理所面临的主要困境，指出在理顺社区体育组织与行政机构关系的基础上，充分发挥社区企事业单位的积极作用，加强社区居委会建设，发挥社区组织的职能，多渠道筹集区体育活动资金，研究多种社区体育活动方式，并建立社区体育工作奖励机制和约束机制等。
