| 摘 要： | 蒙元硬译体是将蒙汉两种语言及语法夹杂到一起的特殊翻译体例,学术界通称为“元代白话”,或是“直译体”。但这些通称其实并不妥当,因为:该文体里的汉语显然不是传统意义上的白话,也不是元代白话语言的变体;该文体出现于元朝前,所以称为“元代白话”在时间上并不十分妥当;而且“硬译”与“直译”是不同的翻译方法,称为“直译体”是把“直译”与“硬译”混同了。笔者从以上三方面分析了该种文体的不同称谓及其不当之处,认为将该文体称之为“蒙元硬译体”更加确切。

| Abstract: | Ying Yi Style in Mongolian and Chinese(a special style of translation in which Mongolian and Chinese and their grammars are integrated together) is called generally "the vernacular Chinese in Yuan Dynasty" or "literal translation style" in the academic field.However,these names are not appropriate in that the Chinese language in this style is obviously not vernacular Chinese in the traditional sense,and it is also not a variety of vernacular Chinese in Yuan Dynasty;the style appeared before Yuan Dynasty,so it is not proper to be called"the vernacular Chinese in Yuan Dynasty" in terms of time;besides,"Ying Yi(word-for-word translation)" and "literal translation" are two different translation methods,and "literal translation" makes no distinction between "literal translation" and "Ying Yi".The author analysized the different names for Ying Yi Style and their inappropriateness from these three aspects,thinking that it is more appropriate to call it "Ying Yi Style in Mongolian and Chinese. |
